How to Prepare Moinmoin from EkoFusion’s Bean Flour Seasoned Mix
Grease the Ramekin bowls and set aside
Measure 120g of EkoFusion Seasoned Bean Flour into large mixing bowl or jug
375ml or 1 ½ Cups of Hot water
50ml of Oil
Mix until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Pour equal measures into 3 ramekin bowls for individual servings or the entire mixture into one large ramekin bowl. Seal with greaseproof paper and foil paper.
Place the ramekins in the pot. Carefully pour hot water into the pot making sure that the water level does not exceed the bottom half of the ramekin.
Steam at medium heat for 45 mins to an hour. Check the water level every 15mins. Add more water if necessary
Is it Cooked? After 45mins, uncover a ramekin. Peirce the centre with a skewer or knife. If wet, cook for a further 15mins.
Turn off heat and leave to cool for 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold. The choice is yours!
