Chicken Stew


  1. Add 750ml of warm/hot water to saucepan. Gas mark 6

  2. Add 1 Packet/Sachet of Instant Stew Base Mix. Stir

  3. Add 125ml of oil

  4. Add spices and seasoning

  5. Cook for 5 mins then reduce heat and simmer for 5mins

  6. Add pre-cooked chicken. If the stew is too thick, add the remaining 250ml or less until you get your desired consistency

  7. Simmer for another 5 mins

  8. Add salt to taste.
